Position: Hospital Sales Representative
Department: Sales
• Developing a Hospital Action Plan which clearly outline the activities to be undertaken at territory level - working in partnership with territory colleagues
• Agreeing clear and SMART objectives with the Regional Business Manager and regular reviewing achievement of those objectives, putting into place activities as required
• Taking ownership of the region's contacts with KOLs and developing advocates for speaker meetings - attending national and international congresses as appropriate
• Maintaining high levels of product knowledge - especially key clinical papers - and customer knowledge at all times and participating in training programmes as appropriate
• Being aware of developments in the NHS and local issues and tailoring local activities to adapt strategy and tactics as appropriate
• Being aware of the ABPI code of conduct and ensuring that all standards are met
• Undertaking any other appropriate tasks as may arise from time to time e.g. task force participation or being a product champion
Your Personal Qualifications:
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) - able to cope with basic science/medicine
• ABPI qualified
• IT competent to use Conigi, email and basic functions in common applications
• Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing / persuasiveness skills
• ‘Can do' attitude who gets things done - able to work on own as well as in teams
