We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal for our Legal department.  In this position you will serve as contact person for standard transactions and, under supervision guidance of legal counsel, review draft agreements, draft agreements and hold negotiations with third parties (companies, institutes, foundations, consultants etc). Including review of third party agreements in which there is a liability or risk for Astellas Pharma Europe Limited (APEL).  This may include but not be limited to supply agreements, distribution agreements, confidentiality agreements, expert services agreements, consultancy services agreements, speaker agreements, advisory board agreements, power of attorney and indemnification agreements.
